When placing an online order, you will be asked to review and agree to the following terms & conditions.

1. Delivery - Most items ship within 1-2 business days.  In the event an item is backordered you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives usually within 24 hours, Mon-Fri with the latest availability, or to arrange for a partial shipment.

2. Freight Charges - The freight quoted is for ground service in the continental US based on estimates.  Our estimate may be inaccurate for some heavy or oddly shaped packages (such as cabinets or raceway). In these cases, we will contact you to authorize additional charges.

Alternate shipment methods are available for additional charges, and may be requested when ordering.

Charges are only valid if ordered through the website via credit card.

3. Tax Exemption - If your organization is tax exempt, please furnish your tax exempt number in the comments field in the shipping area.  If your purchase is for resale, we will need a resale certificate on file.  If you have ordered before, you may indicate your customer code or previous order number in the comments field in the shipping area

4. Internet Errors - Internet connection problems, server status, and email delays are inevitable.  We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order in a timely fashion.  If you do not receive order confirmation, backorder status, and/or shipment confirmation messages via email, there may be a problem with your order.  Please contact us if you do not receive these messages.

5. Internet Specials - Internet specials and offers are only available when orders are placed through the website, and on a valid Credit Card, unless it is otherwise noted.

If you don't see what you're looking for in the on-line product offering, ask your sales representative. We can custom build it for you or offer advice on the best place to find it. Our technical support staff is always ready to help with new ideas, technical questions, special orders, product development, product compatibility or any other phase of technical support.

Warranty

All of Comtrad Cable manufactured products carry a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Distributed items are subject to the individual manufacturer’s warranties. Comtrad Cable reserves the right to repair or replace, at our option, any defective material shipped to our facility.

Prices

Comtrad Cable reserves the right to change prices as necessary without notice. We will also, on occasion, discontinue a product or upgrade a product to a more current model. Comtrad Cable is not responsible for misprints in pricing within this website. Large orders can take advantage of our very attractive quantity discounts. When ordering larger quantities, be sure to ask our sales/service staff for special volume discounts.

Satisfaction guarantee

All of our standard stock products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Special order products, customized products, tools, testers and computer software are not returnable. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied simply call our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number. Damage, alterations or misuse will cancel all product warranties and guarantees.

Customer returns

For any products that need to be returned, first contact the Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number must be clearly written on the shipping label, Please do not write on the carton itself. Products MUST be repackaged with all original manuals, accessories and packing materials. Distributed items must be returned in the manufacturer's original factory carton along with all packing materials. Comtrad cable will not accept any returns without all original materials. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. If your RMA number expires before you get a chance to ship, you must contact Customer Service to obtain a new number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products returned COD without an RMA number or not approved for return will be refused. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, or the Original Manufacturer's restocking fee per their terms and conditions.
